The program "changing lying phases 
" was specially developed for people with physical problems who need relief during sleep due to pain or restricted mobility. It enables automatic adjustment of the pressure values in your mattress to relieve pressure on stressed areas of the body and alleviate pain.

How it works
- Save individual lying phases: You can save up to four comfortable lying phases in the program. These phases can be adapted to your personal needs and comfort requirements.
- Automatic change: After activating the program, the saved lying phases change automatically at set intervals. This takes place without you having to wake up or adjust the mattress manually.
- Pressure change: The automatic change of lying phases changes the pressure conditions in your mattress. This leads to precise physical strain and relief of certain body parts, which can reduce pain and can lead to a more restful sleep.
Instructions
When you first open the program, the tiles of the four phases are preset to the pressure levels: very soft, soft, medium and firm.
Setting the phases:
- Select a tile: Select one of the tiles to go to the settings screen. This screen does not yet change the pressure in your mattress.
- Set pressure values: On the settings screen, you can adjust the desired pressure values. Pressing the "Wheel button"
" activates the pump and sets the pressure value you have selected. - Set duration: You can use the sliding time bar to set the duration of the respective phase. After this time has elapsed, the program automatically switches to the next active phase.
- Save settings: To save your settings, click "OK
". If you want to discard the settings, use "Back 
". - 5. You can activate or deactivate the various tiles by pressing the On/Off slider
" (Note: if a phase is deactivated, it will be skipped).
Note: Unfortunately, the pump cannot be operated silently. We therefore recommend setting up or hanging up the pump in a soundproof location if possible.
